
SAN DIEGO, OCTOBER 1, 2010 – National Water Services, Inc. (NWS) is proud to announce that one of its Vice Presidents, Brian Boyle, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority by the Oceanside City Council. Along with the Board appointment, Mr. Boyle received two additional appointments to the Conservation and Imported Water Subcommittees.
Additionally, Mr. Boyle currently serves as the Chairman of the Oceanside Utilities Commission. These two positions place him at the center of all water issues in Southern California as well as the majority of the
Western United States.
Mr. Boyle is a part of NWS’ professional staff that has more than 40 years of experience in developing water conservation projects. NWS is a nationally certified woman-owned small business that has also been recognized as a WBE by the State of California, the company’s corporate state of record. This paved the way for NWS to register as a WBE with additional states throughout the country including Delaware, Tennessee, Arizona, Michigan, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
NWS specializes in providing water saving opportunities to municipalities, school districts, housing authorities, military installations, governmental agencies, and private corporations. Our focus is on the potential payback of efficient systems, many of which are capital improvements with life spans of 30 years and paybacks of fewer than three years.
