NWS Awarded GSA Contract to Provide Water Conservation Services

SAN DIEGO, OCTOBER 2011 - National Water Services, Inc. (NWS) has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 03 FAC contract to provide domestic water audits and perform water conservation plumbing replacement and retrofit services.

This new contract allows governmental agencies to make orders for domestic water audits based on a fixed square foot price, or to issue requests for quotes for more comprehensive technical audit services. Additionally, domestic water conservation plumbing fixture replacement and retrofit work can also be ordered through NWS' GSA contract.

According to Robert Wilson, NWS Executive Vice President, "The GSA award is proof positive of NWS' commitment to offer flexible acquisition solutions for its federal, state and local government customers. We specifically designed our GSA contract to provide government agencies with easier access to comprehensive water conservation services, and we look forward to using the GSA contracting system to help those agencies to save money on water, sewer and energy costs."
