National Water Services guarantees:
- The savings promised in the project proposal
- The accuracy of our audits
- The quality of the hardware products installed
If for any reason the Annual Savings in any year of the Term is less than the Annual Guaranteed Savings for that year, National Water Services shall implement one or more of the following remedies to correct the problem:
- National Water Services will modify its installation at no cost to the customer, until the Annual Guaranteed Savings are achieved.
- National Water Services will directly pay or credit the necessary parties the amount equal to the discrepancy between the actual savings and the projected Annual Guaranteed Savings, as described in the National Water Services Project Proposal.
- National Water Services will buy down the principal or extend the term of the loan agreement by up to two (2) years so that payments made by Customer to amortize the loan are less than the actual savings over the same period of time.
- National Water Services may credit any Excess Savings over and above those guaranteed in the Project Proposal, in whole or in part, toward meeting the Annual Guaranteed Savings requirements in any future year of the Term.
